Simply contact our customer service department to arrange a return. Please comply with the following conditions:
Returns must be accompanied by a copy of the original invoice, stating the reason for the return.
All returns must come back in original packaging, unopened and unmarked.
Returns will be accepted within 5 days of receiving the product. Any Returns over 5 days are subject to a restocking fee
Returns on equipment such as hand pieces, ultrasonic machines, curing lights etc. are not accepted. The manufacturers warranty does apply to any defects or malfunctions.
Shortages or errors in shipments must be reported within 7 days of the receipt of the package.
Shipping charges to apply to returns, unless it was a shipping error on our behalf
